I’m very prone to hangover headaches, but zbiotics makes a big difference! When I was younger I could just drink water while drinking and be ok in the morning, but these days if I have more than 1 drink I get a headache the next day even if I drink plenty of water.Now I can have 3-4 drinks in a night (plenty since I am a lightweight who drinks once in a blue moon) and not feel terrible the next day! I still drink plenty of water while drinking and make sure to eat before drinking. I have done this about half a dozen times so far so it’s not a fluke !If you don’t drink water, eat etc I would not expect the zbiotics to make up for all of that. From my understanding Zbiotics helps with the byproducts of alcohol consumption; not with dehydration which can also cause headaches in the morning.I will say the one time I still had a headache the next day after using zbiotics I drank more than I should have and also did not drink much water. The headache was still not as bad as a typical hangover for me though and I was able to get rid of it after hydrating and having some TylenolOverall highly recommend, with the caveat that you need to understand it’s not a miracle worker. Zbiotics should be a part of a whole responsible drinking regimen including drinking water and drinking food to help prevent your hangover.

Works amazingly. I am 39 and have tried probably every hangover prevention and cure out there! Some how, I stumbled on z-biotics and of course tried it and im so glad I did! Im post menopausal, hangovers have become particularly bad since hitting menopause (surgically). This product allows to me to enjoy a few drinks and not be completely wiped out the next day. Heavy drinking? You might feel a little off the next day but not NEARLY as bad as you should. Def recommend for those of us who are >30 and especially for us post menopause gals cause everything just gets tougher in that stage and we need all the help we can get!!

These work great! You'll def feel way better in the morn after a night of drinking esp after rehydrating a bit & taking some vitamins. Of course u won't feel 100% of u drink too much but it's a great improvement. I realized it's important to followthe directions, drink the vile b4 u start drinking & wait 30 min b4 alcohol. A couple times I drank it after I had already had 1 drink & didn't wait the half hour like it says & it still helped however i felt really bloated for the next few drinks after taking the vile & the drinks were going down slow & making me feel blah. Plus I was bloated for the next few days.but last time I drank it b4 any alcohol and waited 30 min & It worked even better. No bloating. Maybe my body is getting used to it or it's bc i followed directions. I've only been using about 1 vile a week, usually Friday night& that 1 vile helps all weekend, if i happen have drinks in the next few days.The best part of this imo is that it seems to help the body metabolize the alcohol out of out of your system faster, including the etg metabolites. It also keeps u more "level " meaning u can get a good buzz&have fun without getting too drunk too fast. Wish they weren't so expensive but if u think about how much $ u spend on alcohol esp if u r going out it's not really that expensive.

I never wrote reviews for products, but a friend of mine made me try this “shot he bought from off a social media add” before drinking and needless to say I was skeptical, but took it. WOW. I woke up the next morning after several hours of drinking and minimal sleep and felt completely fine.I immediately purchased them for my trip to Ibiza, and on the days we took them, we felt significantly better. (again with minimal sleep and a lot of alcohol consumption). I completely agree with other comments that it’s important you drink them 20-30 min before you start drinking or it doesn’t feel as effective the next day, but I am convinced these leveled up my ability to rally on vacation.The price is less than you’d spend on a drink out, so while it seems a little pricey initially, it really comes out to be the cost of a drink.And the taste isn’t “good” but it isn’t bad…it actually grew on us as we took them each day.Give it a shot!

I first learned of this on my favorite podcast, and I just thought their hype was due to the fact it was sponsored. I got the little 3 pack to try, not expecting much. This proved to work as advertised. The hype was not overblown. I felt great after a night of drinking. I put down a lot at a high school reunion, and was able to function the next day. This may now be required in every pregame.

These work great! A friend told me about them so I decided to try them. Took one everyday while we were in Vegas and woke up feeling like I hadn’t been drinking at all even though we drank all day and night. I will make sure I have them for anytime I will be having more than a couple drinks.

Have tried these several times now after nights of drinking and feel noticeably better than I would have without them. Only bad thing is the price.

This stuff saved me on a wedding weekend. I was able to take it on the night of the welcome party and felt absolutely fine the next morning. Same for the day after the wedding. Make sure to take it as directed - at least an hour before drinking and to have some water every now and then. It’s not bad, but it’s better refrigerated.
