Why doesn't my new iyp365 start on medium or have a brighter low mode like my old ones?

I bought one almost a year ago and another last week. They function similar with the “4” settings, picking up where it was last.

What are the lumens on the medium setting?

High-Medium-Low ...Nichia: 125-25-1.5 ...Cree: 200-40-3 This listing shows it is for the Nichia 219BT

Can the pocket clip be removed?

Yes. The clip is quite handy, though.

Where does unit need to be sent for warranty repair? Are there any shipping or other charges for repair from repairing facility?

I would just buy s new one instead of worrying g about repairs. They are inexpensive.
