Which controller is compatible with the product?

This tomtoc shell case is molded to exclusively fit the Microsoft Xbox Series X/S Wireless Controller.

Will this work with a controller that has thin thumb grips?

In order to give customers better protection and a thinner experience, we have left a very small gap between the case and the product, so it is not possible to fit the thumb grips.

Will this fit other 3rd party controllers like Luna controllers?

It does not support Xbox One/360/Elite Controller and any other 3rd party game controller. It is molded to exclusively fit the Microsoft Xbox Series X/S Wireless Controller.

Does the protective case press the joystick when closed?

The hard shell has raised areas to prevent pressure from being applied directly to the joysticks and buttons.
