Worth the price
Looks premium when installed on my fluted panel wall. Smooth installation and easy configuration via mobile app. WiFi stopped working after 2 days. Customer support was great and without second question received a replacement even before getting back the defective product

Not so good average
The media could not be loaded. My board's some switch get automatically on sometime. I have purchased two of those board both board's condition is the same. I don't know why such expensive board is working like this. Please if anyone knows how to fix please let me know.

Fabulous Touch Switch
Very nice and elegant switch that connects with Alexa and makes for good use of the switches. The backup support is very good and the team goes out if their way to resolve customer queries and to help them. I faced some minor issues and needed help and the team gave fantastic support. Truly worth it !!!

Problem with BSNL broadband
This will not work with bsnl internet connection. Consider before buying

Excellent Smart And Manual IR Remote Switch
Review after 4months2 switches had to be replaced. Very prompt response from vendor.But unfortunately product often goes offline. App not able to connect to device..My conclusion is it's good as touch and IR remote switch but not as smart wifi voice enabled switch.. Hence 2 star only from earlier 4 star..Fantastic switch. One month of use. No issue major issue.Gui need a to be a bit pleasing and intuitive. At times it bcomes difficult to make out difference between, whether any button is selected or not selected..Another issue is the red light in off state is very very dim. Very difficult to make out in daylight
