Hamilton Beach Portable 6 Quart Set & Forget Digital Programmable Slow Cooker with Lid Lock, Temperature Probe, Dishwasher Safe Crock & Lid, Stainless Steel (33969A)

Had to retire my 15 + yr old Hamilton Beach slow cooker. It served us well, it was still working but the control button covers were worn away. I wanted something similar and stuck with what I knew, Hamilton Beach. This one has all of the features my old one did, temperature probe, high low settings, optional manual timing with half hours, stays on warm when done, lid lock, etc… an added bonus on this one is the defrost feature before cooking which I believe automatically starts cooking after defrosting (I haven’t used it yet).My old one was a little larger which isn’t a big issue, 6 quarts is plenty big. Good value for the money.

Greatest small appliance I’ve ever owned. I purchased 2 of these from Best Buy over the years. One was I. Approximately 2013 and the other was in 2020 . Both still work great . Never used liners inside the pot. The ceramic pot can be heavy so handle carefully when washing it (I hand wash it in the sink) .The thermometer is amazing!!! I set chicken to 165 F and it comes out perfect every time

I have had this slow cooker for a couple of years. BEST slow cooker I have ever owned! Love that it has a MEDIUM setting, which is pretty much all I use. EASY to set and the screen has a backlight so it is very easy to read. I have several slow cookers (use them all of various meals), but this is the one I always grab first. I feel confident to set and forget this appliance. I would have no problem leaving the house with it cooking for the day. Highly Recommend.

We purchased a Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker Model 33969AG on Apr 26, 2024. On December 25, 2024 the cooker failed to work. I took it apart and found that the solder joint between the main power cord and the circuit board was loose. I re-soldered the connection and the Slow Cooker works fine now.The solder joint failure was either caused by a poor quality solder joint or the solder joint got too hot during use which would be a design flaw.We generally like the slow cooker. It is easy to use. It has a wonderful thick ceramic pot that works well. I am disappointed in that is failed after 8 months.

Buy this one, quit looking and buy this.I bought one of these years ago for my wife and she loved it and it stopped working after many, many years of use long hrs of cooking and we wanted one exactly like it and was excited to find one here. It is easy to program and cooks roasts and chicken and soup perfectly. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend.

My daughter in law used mine and was so impressed with it. I purchased this one for her. She uses it on average of 2-3 times a week. She loves the ease of cooking, cleaning, and best of all the lid lock system. You can take it on the go and avoid leaking all over your car. She can program it with the timer and get perfect results every time. I love the size of it, perfect for at home or parties.

This is the second one of these Hamilton Beach programmable slow cookers I have purchased. I bought the first one for my husband years ago, and it has worked flawlessly. It’s nice that it’s programmable, and also that it has clasps to secure the lid to make it easy to take food to potluck or family dinner without spilling. Katy, I think.Also, our older Hamilton Beach programmable slow cooker still looks and works as well as it did when it was new. The new one I recently purchased on Prime Day was a gift for my sister-in-law because she needed a slow cooker that could hold a large roast. I have full confidence she will enjoy her cooker as much as my husband and I have enjoyed ours.
