Intake/Output Replacement Kit for 307/407 Canister Filters (A446, A449)

I inherited a Fluval 307 from my dad that had been sitting in a shed for years. After a deep clean, I realized most of the original parts—tubing, intake/output nozzles, rubber fixings—were either missing or too brittle to reuse. Could be problematic depending on your setup. I just dug out a little but of sand where it sits.A little pricey for a bundle: You could probably piece together everything for slightly less, but this saved me time and hassle.Final Thoughts:This kit is great if you're reviving an older Fluval or replacing worn-out parts all at once. Just be aware that you’ll still need to buy tubing separately. It’s especially worth it if you want everything in one box without waiting on separate shipments. The intake length and price are minor drawbacks, but overall, this helped me get a solid filter running again quickly.

Good replacement parts

I have a Fluval 306 canister filter, and every part in this set fit perfectly. I had been pricing the pieces individually, and the total cost was really adding up. Then I found this set, and it included everything I needed to replace—at a much better price. Great value and saved me time and money. Highly recommend!

I rebuilt my pumps and this kit is a lifesaver with those more unique parts. More on the costly side, but if you can budget for it, it'll be worth it If replacing parts during an emergency. I would like to see a replacement hose included with this kit to really seal the deal. I think that would be a much more practical bundle at this price point.

They were a breeze to cut and adjust to replace the old filter inlet and exhaust hoses! It got rid of some dirty hard-to-clean fitting and replaced with the new ones! Thanks!

I have really enjoyed the Fluval filtration system for many years now. It was time to replace the hoses and valves. I ordered 2 of these intake/output replacement kits. For whatever reason, they came in two separate shipments. One arrived in an Amazon box and was fine. The second one arrived broken in a gray Amazon unpadded plastic shipping envelope. The orange handle was snapped off, presumably because it protrudes out and was not protected from being crushed from the weight of other packages. I called about the breakage, and they promptly replaced it with another kit. The replacement also came in a plastic envelope, but thankfully nothing was broken. However, all the contents had come loose and were just floating free around in the bag. I’m not sure where the choice of box versus plastic envelope is made, but it seems like this item would be best shipped in a box.
