Great quality for a budget device!
Great little device. The materials maybe feel a little bit cheap, but the actual construction is solid and feels good to play. Fits large phones, and fits them in cases as well. I am using a Z Flip 7 and it fits perfectly in the ring case with the medium size bumpers by the USB port. Fantastic value. Only other thing to note, if you need analogue triggers, this does not have them. They are digital triggers, but they feel fine if that is all you need.

Outstanding!
Use this on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Absolutely brilliant. Great controller for the price. Would highly recommend.

Bare minimum features, OK quality for a low price.
Arrived as described. It fits my phone, which has an awkward camera bump, with plenty of room to spare.Cheap construction that feels reasonably solid but not sure it will stand the test of time, and it will definitely not hold up to rough treatment. A phone is OK in this but it doesn't feel structurally solid enough 'fully extended' to fit a tablet safely. Feels good to hold. D-pad is mushy and doesn't feel good to use and the face buttons are too loud. The sticks feel just right but someone with larger hands will find them uncomfortable. USB-C connector feels like the point of failure because it can move. Works natively with Steam Link and some games such as Wuthering Waves, but other games like COD Mobile refuse to detect the controller and require an overlay through the GameSir app.You can also update the firmware on the app, the controller overlay has a lot of problems on older versions of the firmware. A lot of the negative reviews on the app and controller are due to these problems but they seem to be sorted out now. There is no rumble component or onboard battery, it runs off your phone's battery. It comes with a USB-C external port but this is power passthrough only and not data, meaning that for audio you must rely on either laggy bluetooth or speakers.Overall this is a cheap mobile controller offering the minimum features you would expect with nothing extra, for the budget-conscious. You can get better quality offerings at two or three times the price.

Great for when the missus wants to use the tv
Easy to use and connect instantly recognise by my s24 ultra even with the issues that been happening with xbox controllers and android at the moment they work perfectly, you do need a slimmer case, but the ability to remove spacers for the usb c port allow you to adjust to you case sizes. The pass through charge is fantastic meaning you can play non stop I would still rocomend a 45° cable just to keep your pinky a bit more comfortable when charging

Controller isn't charging the device.
Works as a controller but doesn't charge the device at all. The cable used works fine directly on 2 devices tested but through the controller it doesn't. Returned controller.

Buttons not working
X5 lite D-pad (directional buttons)I had no problem connecting this device to my iphone 15 pro max running (current) IOS version. From what I can see, this seems to be a common issue across the lineup on Gamesir’s controllers. I used this controller for 2 minutes out of the box before realising this issue. The D-pad when clicking either ‘down’ or ‘right’ shows 2 inputs pressed at the same time. For me, ‘down’ was prioritised so I never got the ‘right’ input. It seemed the lighter I pressed to more likely it was I would get either or of the inputs.Based off other support posts I’ve seen and my own diagnosis this appears to be a QC manufacturing fault. Faulty Hardware. No amount of disconnecting, connecting, firmware updates or button combinations appears to resolve this issue. You should return your controller as soon as possible.I have returned my controller and ordered a new one which arrives tomorrow. I will update this post to let you know if I have the same issue with the new controller
