What customers should know is that this fold up bed is absolutely crap. I tried to cancel with Amazon but my attempts were disregarded. It is very hard to get comfortable in.Never again from amazon. Maybe a book or two for my kindle. Despicable service.Never again.,

AWFUL , BED COLLAPSED
Now I'm not a heavy person by any means so this bed collapsing on the first night really sums up how badly made the product is. Deserves 0 stars if I could, still awaiting a refund from amazon, dangerous and avoid.

Very comfy
So comfy and really easy to make into a bed or back to a sofa, I had a few minor issues but was able to sort it out quickly and they were really quick to get back to me when I had messaged them
