Seem to be working

These are a little pricey, but I like them. I take 1 a day, not the two recommended due to the aftertaste. e Its not bad, it just a turmeric taste. They work okay with no jittery effects. I will continue to use them if I can get them on sale.

Tried and at the beginning wasn't working, but didn't give me any digestive issues like lactose probiotics so I continued. After week and a half I noticed decrease in appetite so it helped me to loose 6lb. I am no longer loosing weight due to no time to exercise, but continuing taking this probiotic.

Updating my original review. So after taking this for about 5.5 weeks I have to say this has caused a complete upset to my GI tract. I have horrible cramping and pain. Totally deregulated. I can’t, in good conscience, recommend this product. I cannot say that this product did not help me lose weight. I have lost 16 lbs but I’ve also been exercising and eating 1000 calories a day or less. I’ve continued to lose weight after I stopped taking it.It’s really helping to reduce cravings and decreasing my appetite. I’ve lost 6 lbs so far, been using it for 11 days. It is important to follow the directions and take it 30 minutes before your large meal.

It worked for a couple of months. It has tapered off since.

This is good enough, beats competitors, I don't use suds though, why use it? A thousand on the abs might really show 'em how it's done.

You take two capsules daily. They are easy to swallow with no taste or after taste. I have finished the one month supply and I did lose a few pounds, nothing dramatic. I did notice more energy while using a supplement. I like that this supplement is manufactured in the USA with global ingredients in a cGMP-certified facility for quality and purity, and that it is non-GMO, dairy-free, soy-free, and gluten-free.
