I've several of these in the past. Some of the foam rollers worked well enough, but tore up easily. Others were probably just more advanced than what I could handle (Hurt too much, but probably great for others.) This one was absolutely perfect.. I also liked the convenience size, and the things it came with which fit into the roller, and has a convenient carry case. Was a perfect addition to my home gym. Came in I think the next day, and was well packed.

My flexologist suggested I get this set. Love the bar with roller balls, I can easily reach my legs, sides and back. Big roller works great too. Definitely recommend.

I love the quality and firmness of these rollers. They are portable and the smaller rollers fit great and my daughter’s softball bag so she can use them at tournaments. The color is just as it appears in the picture and they work really well giving those tired muscles the relief you are looking for.

The foam roller is too stiff. While I appreciate that it’s well packaged and has a few different items for stretching and recovery, I wouldn’t recommend the foam roller.

I haven't used these items much but what I have, I like them. They do good and are easy to use.
