Serger with great customer service

It sews great; after awhile several months I was having a problem with the needle staying threaded. They fixed my machine promptly with a beautiful stitch. It was GREAT customer service. This machine has an outstaring warranty of 10 year’s. My brand new Jade husqvarna Viking only had a year warranty.

Piece broke

I would say get a brother or any other popular brands cause this piece broke and I can’t find the part online. It’s really frustrating I’ve called around and don’t don’t even work on FY505. It broke while working on my project.
