Nice remote control, working well with ASUSTOR NAS.

Worst remote I’ve ever used.
Using this remote was painful, the delay after buttons were pushed were 30 seconds and up. Totally useless and a waste of money.

Not useful at all
Really huge waste of money for a wireless on and off button. It is very slow and unresponsive on asustor portal. Do yourself a favour and buy a wireless mouse. It's cheaper and works way better.

It's craptastic
Absolute garbage. Tried using on the nimbustor 4 and it wouldn't perform anywhere near correctly. Best bet is to use a wireless mouse keyboard if trying to use Portal on Asustor units.

Remote itself useless
the way Asustor made their interface its almost impossible to use this remote, everything jumping and slow motion and when you do something on 4K screen you have to stand almost 2-3 feet away to actually see position of this small pointer, every app on asustor portal webpage based and impossible to control
