do the ears move when u are sad or when u are happy?

No, these just clip onto your hair. They do not work with the Necomimi Brainwave Cat Ears, which also doesn't work as intended.

Are these just sleeves or are there foam inserts? Are the sleeves glued to the foam? Height and width of each ear?

1.There're foamies insert the ear sleeve and the foamies can be separated from outside sleeves. 2.The height and width of each ears are about 10cm x 10cm.

Does the ears have a clip to say in my hair

Hello Fredi, the ears are just ear covers for Necomimi headset, therefore it does not have a clip to stay in hair.

Do these ears move also? Do they come with the headband? Does it really work?

Indeed. It is not the whole system, though. You already have to own a Necomimi Headband (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0085Y6UP2/) because these are only the ears to change color or style.
