As with others mentioned my old keyfob (by Ungo) is so much been beaten and delapadated wherein the plastic loop for the key ring attaches to has been eaten away ever so thinned over the years until that inevitable snap. Been having to carry the old keyfob and surprisingly utilizing the ever so neglected coin pocket in my front pants to carry it around, in some ways keeping it in this pocket sorta makes it feel like you have a new stealthy way to open and closing your vehicle without busting out your keys. However, that stealthiness comes with a price such as the dreaded, you forgot it in your pocket and you ended up putting the pant in the wash or the constant guessing game which set of pants did you leave the keyfob in, has been tiresome none the least. This new keyfob replacement case solves all those nagging issues you might have succumbed to all those days or in my case weeks where your fob was detached from your keys. The surprise fit and finish of this product is bar none, with two button configuration options to choose from (one with an orange horn button or one with a yellow asterisk). And for less than $10 you get two sets, yes two, sure to outlast your vehicle and possibly the functionality of your alarm system, which reminds me, mine has the auto start function and for some reason my vehicle randomly starts by itself between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm, that's another problem to solve. In summary, great product!

It's a replacement key fob.

Had an old beat up casing that was duct taped together but still functioning. It was super easy to open the old casing and swap the parts inside into the new one. Looks like a new key. $12 beats the $95 they were gonna charge at jiffy lube, plus I have an extra backup!

My 15yr old daughter was able to complete the task of switching her old fob to this new case...so for that reason I give it a 5 star. She has not had any issues with it working for her 2003 Honda Civic, the remote start even works as it should.

I needed to either try these or find an authorized dealer to replace my keyfob for my car alarm. This was a worthwhile choice. it takes about two minutes to swap out the shells. I think I save about 300 dollars by doing this myself.

Wonderful option for replacing broken key fobs. I ordered these and transferred the guts of an old key fob that had broken off where the key attached. I cleaned off the contacts of the old key fob “guts” with a paper towel & Viola! the remote start began working again.
