I’ve been using these pans one to two times a week for homemade sandwich bread, and they’ve been excellent. They have a nice weight to them, heat evenly, and the nonstick coating has held up really well. Bread releases easily every time with no sticking. Definitely a reliable set if you bake often.

The wife decided she wanted to bake more often. These appeared well made and are inexpensive. Once we received them, she went to work and they have stood the test of time without issue. Easy to clean to boot. Very happy with this purchase.

I use two of them to mimick Dutch oven when baking sourdough bread. For the first 20 minutes at 450F one goes on top of the other, like a lid, to allow moisture not to evaporate right away, and the final 15 minutes of baking top goes off allowing for a nice golden crust on top to develop. No need for flour or oil or butter for the baked bread to come out, it separates easily by simply turning this baking form upside down. If you have to bake multiple breads at home, these forms would allow you to fit up to 12 of them (two racks) in a regular oven at a time. Sourdough home business anyone?

I don't know why people say that Amazon products are garbage because these are easy to clean the bread is removed from the container easily and I'm very happy with these
