BLAZE TAB Plus Android Retro Gaming Tablet

Only been using the device for 24 hours, but am blown away by this device alreadyProbably because I had low expectations because I know how hit and miss cheap Android devices can be, and feedback online for this device does seem mixed. Rest assured, I'm 100% satisfied with the purchase.I would have been happy with good physical buttons and reliable gba and snes emulation, and knew playstation and n64 would be a little harder... Well every game I've tried has worked perfectly, tested for ps1: dino crisis 2, crash bandicoot and final fantasy 7, tested for n64 paper Mario, Mario 64, star Fox and Mario kart 64.For the purposes of playing anything prior to n64/ps1 the device performs amazingly with no lag or frame rate issues, and physical buttons feel top quality and most importantly feel nice and solid and are responsive.Battery life is a bit rubbish and could easily be burnt through in two hours tops at high usage, although that's not surprising for an android device under £100.Nintendo ds emulation was too slow to be playable although I'll probably try and make it work somehowDreamcast I haven't yet tried so won't comment there.Final comment I'll make is that the device does require some knowledge of how Android and emulators work, however if you cab manage to get a game boy emulator running on an android phone, you can manage this. Assigning the physical buttons to on screen virtual buttons or in game controls if the emulator supports it is easier as well.In conclusion, I am very satisfied with this product, and see it as a perfect all in one retro gaming unit for playing anything from the NES and master system to the N64 and playstation... And there are obviously literally thousands of amazing games in that window

great product, feels good and controls are spot on. the only drawback is, the instructions are not very easy to understand,

Still getting the hang of it but I am really loving this - - taking me right back to the 1980's!! The Happy Chick app is very easy to use but the other ones PSPPP etc might need some tech knowledge. I just like to pick something up and go so have had no real issues. The only negatives would be the lack of decent instructions - much of it I learnt from Youtube (not much help either)!Also the device has a great build quality except for one thing - it slips off the lap and often ends up falling onto the floor as the back is smooth plastic. It also struggles with N64 games as the sound breaks up (if I knew how to optimise the settings i could figure it out!) but so far so good - I have also downloaded the ZX Spectrum app Spectaculator and this was easy to do and the games were pixel perfect.I spent a lot of time in the arcades in the mid 80s so this is a great device for finding my favourites such as Defender, Robotron 2084 and Gauntlet.I have plugged it into the TV with no issue. Enjoying Sensible Soccer at the moment.Love it.

Don't expect a quality product .. you get what you pay for !! I sent mine back

A must have for any retro gamer!Very easy to use and download games for the device. Android OS is older version but easy to familiarise with.The tablet brings back so many memories with the retro games!
