Very good to make single portions. Not very good for a family of four. Works and blends very well and is easy to clean. Great little range of bits that came with it, all of which I use and add to the functionality of the product. I would recommend this (as I said above) if you're making single portions. If it's for more than one person look to buy a bigger blender.

On opening the steamer lid and re-sealable lid were missing, and the cups are clearly not the size that's advertised in the pictures, the 700ml cup is 600ml to the brim, and the 500ml short cup is 350ml, also to the brim, and the handled smoothie mug is about 500ml. It does give about the right sizes if you read the product details. It also looked like it had already been opened, which probably explains the missing items.
