Medisana Smart Baby Monitor

This product looks great on paper but is terminally flawed in practice. It was a mare to set up -complex and problematic. It repeatedly drops offline and has to be re-installed. There is a continual loud Audio crackle, even when there is no background noise in the room (so we always had to turn the sound off. We couldn't get it to work other than on the house's wifi network i.e. if you are outside of your home you can't see the camera. The UK technical support is non existent, and you are lucky if you get even an email back from the German HQ. All the Support stuff online is in German. Then I noticed that I couldn't see anything in the dark -Tech Support admitted that the night vision LEDs must be faulty. Find another camera -you don't want this one.

It's getting better! I have been using it on a regular basis for a couple of weeks now and it works but after all the problems I've had with it I don't trust it 100% and restart just incase it's frozen.As if it's not stressful enough putting little one in his own room for the first night. But not being able to connect to your camera makes it 100 times worse.

Terrible. The Android app does not work. It does not recognize the camera and keeps saying the camera is not a Medisana product. Even after applying the newest app update 1.49.

this product you cannot have it on your phone... sound comes out but delayed, the app doesn t really worki am super unsatisfied and i have 2 of these and i am ordering my self another one ...because their app it s just not working, keeps crashing very slow
