These stink
Let’s get this straight these blinking stink !!! But of course they do they have a large amount of vitamins and minerals and that is good . You get a lot for your money so it offers good value. High strength I have only been using a week so got to give it more of a chance to show it’s effectiveness ,but pinch your nose and swallow .

A useful daily supplement for vegetarians
As a vegetarian, this seems like a sensible and convenient way to supplement my diet and help cover any vitamins and minerals I may not be getting enough of from food alone. It is just one tablet a day, so it is easy to work into a routine, and the 90-tablet pack gives around three months of use. Obviously it is difficult to directly judge the effects of a multivitamin, but in theory it is a good way of topping up your diet rather than relying on it to replace a varied diet. I have had no problems taking these and would happily continue using them.

Okay but smelly
They are okay, not as good as Boots A-Z for RDI amounts but it is a 3 months supply so that’s okay. The main issue is that these smell horrific. If you don’t swallow them quickly enough they leave a terrible taste in your mouth too. I won’t repurchase just because when you open the bottle it smells so bad

The smell ....
These may be fantastic ..... but ... the smell once the bottle was opened was ' gagging ' . Just opening the bottle and even racing to drink on taking a tablet ( which are ridiculously large ) the smell was so awful and so strong that after only 4 days I gave up and threw them away . Sorry .... but honest .
