is this good for nikon d750 ?

Yes, it will fit your nikon d750.

I need 100 of these ?

You can place the order of 100 toiletry bags because the inventory is enough. If you have any questions, pls contact us via e-mail.

Will this fit a nikon d750 with grip and a 24-70 f2.8 attached, and an additional 70-200 f2.8 (with padding between them)? how about a flash?

Hello, I don't think it can fit your 70-200 f2.8. It is too huge for this case. Thank you.

What is the padding like on the bottom of this insert?

Hello, the bottom padding is almost the same as top bottom and we add the spong in it to absorbing shock and vibration.
