Very comfortable and responsive controller. The glow buttons and accent are nicely done and not blinding while playing like others but does allow easy button identification in total darkness. Only two downsides, the Bluetooth connection doesn't allow the on screen battery indicator of my Xbox to show it's level, and it occasionally has button glitches while playing, not very often though and usually goes away with tapping the buttons or turning controller on and off, possibly due to Bluetooth signal interruption. Also when hooking up it occasionally gets confused pairing connection to controller. I use a way that seems to work, turn on Xbox, plug in Bluetooth connection to Xbox, turn on controller. So far this fixes pairing issues. One plus is the controller will stay operational while charging and using a cable and being connected to Bluetooth,so no interrupted play.

Love love love it. I ordered a charging dock but guess what you don’t need one. No batteries either. Just plug it in to a usb wall charger and you’re charging. It does turn off after 5 mins of being inactive but easy enough to turn back on. All the lights work. Feels good in your hands not heavy at all

Controller does not work and is not compatible with xbox one. Save your money. The usb dongle switch is the issue as it starts having issues with xbox electronics and control becomes erratic.

This is a decent controller. I had wondered why the price was so good for a wireless controller, and I believe i understand now. It has a built in battery so you can't change batteries or battery packs. That's okay though, it does charge with a type c cable. No headphone jack. You can't change the battery and you can not use a headset. Those are the only 2 "flaws" I see with it. Other than that, it's a great controller. It looks great, feels nice, works smoothly, and connects easily. If your looking for a nice affordable wireless controller for your kids or even yourself and don't mind not having a headset, then I definitely recommend it.

Works great

I absolutely loved this controller. It was perfect for playing Hogwarts because the buttons were lit up. However within about 3 weeks the left joy stick started to drift. I returned it no question with no problem. I'm not going to buy one again because I don't want to risk the same problem which is really a shame. Fully charged I was able to play almost all day. I'm 55+ so nit that great with games but this controller with the lights made a bug difference.
