I preferred tucks pads over the sprays all day. The spray was irritating and didn't last very long. The pads are quick relief and comfortable. Easy to dispose when changing pads. Highly recommend.

Helps cool the pain for postpartum

Worked well enough but the cooling effect only lasted a short time and the kind of just ball up when wearing them and can be uncomfortable but overall it did serve its purpose.
