Who knew hand strength indicated overall fitness?
This is easy to use. I use it while watching TV. It's durable, but it does smell like latex. I hope that goes away with time. Otherwise I'm quite happy with it.

Awesome
This product is perfect for hand and wrist rehab if you’ve been injured. It would help develop strength even if you weren’t injured. It can also be used with the foot. It is a formal PT device and great to buy for home use.

Great Hand Workout
I am currently in physical therapy as I broke both of my wrist. The physical therapist uses this equipment to help strengthen my wrists, hands,, & fingers, which is working great for me. In order for me to be consistent with the exercises being used in physical therapy, I purchased this item for home use. It works well and does what it's suppose to do. I would however caution you to start with the red and than advance to the blue when your strength improves. I would also recommend that you stop by a physical therapist office to have them direct you on the proper use for this piece of equipment. Don't be fooled, it looks easy, but you will feel it afterwards if you over do it!
