Would suggest watch a few youtube videos before installing for the first time. Function wise, nothing will go wrong. But for OCD people, will need to do some tutorial HW so final result will look centered and aligned. Solid product

I bought two of these and both came with scratches on the plate's surface. The seller sends defctive product for a full price!I purchased a first one that came in with scratches, then ordered a second one before having a chance to return a first one. A second came with similar scratches. They are small but definitely visible on a matte black surface. Not worth the full price!Will be returning both.Regret of wasting over a week of my time as need it installed soon. I hope I can get a refund.Otherwise the controler is well made, metal parts, heavy and solid. I do not know how they function as we did not have a chance to put it together or install.

I love setting the temperature and not having to mess with it each time I shower. Just turn it on and wait until the water heats up and you have a comfortable pre set temperature.

Looks nice.The installation was not standard (according to the plumber) It was a royal pain. But doable.Another issue is that you have to be VERY careful to set the volume knob properly. It has many possible positions and only one is correct (with off being in the upright position) So triple check that.But the biggest issue is that the temp and volume knobs are designed backwards. The volume knob you must use every single time is the one that is tiny, fidgety and hard to get exact. Bad for ADA/arthritis. The larger knob, which most people set once and leave forever, is the big one that is easy to grab and has all the ease of control. What a stupid design! The bottom knob should adjust volume and diverter and the top tiny one should be temp.
