I bought this and it's making such loud desk bump noises or when i touch the boom arm does a shock mount remove it completely? since it alrdy has1?

I find using Nvidia broadcast app with sound removal stops those noises. It would be worth getting another shock mount though if that doesn’t work for you. The microphone unscrews at the sides as far as I’m aware!
