Will it work for running on the treadmill (no GPS)?

Some of the training modules will work on the treadmill, but you can't add your mileage. Some of the mileage workouts (like in a half marathon training) you need GPS.

What is the limit of the chest strap? Will fit a 60 inch chest? Can somebody measure it?

The strap without tention is 34 inches long. Streching it out I got it to 60 inches. It was tight. Just a FYI it would go just under or below the breast area. Hope this helps.
