how long does one filter last? i see it has a disc but it has never moved in 3 weeks

Mine usually lasts 4 weeks but it depends on how many times you use your jug filter

Where is the counter as mentioned in the instructions I cant see it ?

The Aquaphor budget model, “Smile,” has no usage counter on its lid even though such a counter is mentioned and illustrated in the instructions included in the box. Very misleading.
