## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the item made of metal or plastic**
A: Metallic medium length version: RAM-B-201UComposite (plastic) medium length version: RAP-B-201U

**Q: Does this accommodate a 1 1/2" base but still allow the 1" ball at the top?**
A: yes that's the application I used

**Q: Will this socket arm be able to hold smaller balls like 17mm types that are more common with garmin or other phone mounts?**
A: No, this will only work with the 1" ball, but in a pinch I guess you could 'wrap' the smaller ball with leather or something to give it a similar diameter.
Most folks will buy the bigger ball to put on the phone mount as it's more secure that way.

**Q: What suction ball mount is used with the rpr-b-111 system?**
A: Mine uses a Ram Mount bar clamp with a 1" ball on the end. I do not know about any Ram suction ball mounts.
