Great electrolyte drink without the calories/sugar! Gives you everything and more that Gatorade, Pedialyte and others do but without all those calories and sugar. I dilute it in 32 oz water (not 16 oz as their instructions suggest). It’s simply too sweet in only 16 oz water and more refreshing diluted in 32oz. The colder the water the better.I’m having far fewer muscle spasms since I started drinking this and in general feel better.Prior to finding this product, I was drinking a gallon of water a day but it simply flowed straight thru me. I still felt dehydrated every day - fatigued, lethargic, muscle cramps and spasms etc. So I began looking for a way to get more electrolytes into my daily routine - but without adding calories or sugar!For me this is going to be an everyday thing from now on. Others may wish to use it occasionally as an addition for strenuous workouts or as a remedy for assisting in recovering from illness or even hangovers lol…My husband has also started using it and we have already recommended this product to several family members and friends. I give it 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommended it!

I discovered this drinkable vitamin supplement at Costco many years ago. I have a hard time taking pills, but this drink taste so good and covers all of the necessary vitamin requirements recommended. Compared to other similar products it is the best on the market, but Costco rarely carries it anymore so it must be ordered from Amazon unless you know a better place to buy it, also when ordering the supplement drinks that come in individual packets we no longer have to also receive the plastic drink bottle that used to come with the product. It was not necessary or needed.

I have an adult son who never eats. Seriously, he only eats because he has to. And when he does, it isn't usually veggies. I got these and told him about them. Now he uses them often and I can see a marked difference in his energy, demeanor, patience...all things that seem to tank when he isn't eating right.These taste great too.

I bought this as a caffeine-free afternoon & evening substitute for ZipFizz (ZipFizz has caffeine so I only drink one early in the morning). This tastes good and has vitamins, but not as high a concentration of vitamins as ZipFizz, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5

I have drank this product off and on for awhile now. I don’t enjoy drinking water but I can drink 32 ounces of this in one sitting. I will stress that one packet should be used in about 32 ounces of water. It still has a great taste and is not overwhelming. Most people say the same from what I’ve read. I also use ice after mixing which makes the drink even more tasty. This is a great way to get your vitamins and stay hydrated which is something that I struggled with prior to buying this product. It’s a great product and I would recommend giving it a try. My first introduction was at Sams club. Now I can only find it on Amazon.

I have ordered this before. I like it. Best part is if it’s to strong for your taste just use 1/2 Pkt. Or a larger amount of water

I used to be a frequent buyer of these hydration packets, always buying the bulk boxes of berry, blueberry pomegranate, and mango, and I loved the taste of the packets. I recently purchased a box of the blueberry pomegranate packets, and as I take it they have changed both their packaging and formula. The new formula no longer has an enjoyable sweet pomegranate flavor, but tastes strongly of faux blueberry. It is genuinely sad because I have consistently purchased this product since 2018 and no I’m unsure on whether I’ll buy it again. I’m hopeful it is only this flavor that has had a major change, but as the berry no longer exists, I’m not too sure.
