The product arrived while I was in college, it took me a while before I could try it. Upon watching the DVD, I realized the accessories packet was missing. I was unsure, they would send me one because time had passed after the purchase was made.They surprised me, customer service understood, and quickly send out the accessories - hassle-free!! I love the speed with which you can sew. This is a powerful machine. It’s nice and heavy and the suctions cups on the bottom stabilizes it to your surface. It comes threaded. I had heard ghat sergers in general are hard to thread so I was happy that it was already threaded. I completed three garments before I had to rethread it.

sewed with the Gemini serger two times and the timing went off. I cant seem to find someone to fix it. It is the perfect size for my needs, but I am so disappointed it does not work any more.......

issues I’ve had with this this machine:1. I didn’t get any of the accessories I was supposed to get.2. The threads keep snapping, even after I changed the tension and changed to a better quality thread.3. the manual isn’t very good with explaining how the machine works. I’ve tried changing the tension more than ten times and the machine still isn’t working like it’s meant to.4. Overall just a waste of time and money.

So for those that didnt see the items mine were all in the side of the machine if you remove the piece like tou would on a sewing machine there is a pack with all the extras. I was pretty disappointed when the thread broke first try. This is a good machine for beginners and small projects. If you are doing a lot of work or heavy duty things you are better off apending a little extra money and getting a better quality machine.

Vino bien empacada,con un muchos accesorios, un cd, un manual bien ilustrado, una bolsa protectora, un frasco para guarde el aceite (no incluye el aceite) y 4 hilos. es un poquito más grande de lo que aparenta en las fotos. Es fácil de usar y trabaja muy bien!

very unhappy with this serger. thought it was going to be of good quality like their other crafting machines, but from the first sewing attempt , thread broke , over and over, finally got it to stitch and the stiches were very rough, even after many adjustments the serger just isn't what i expected. will be returning. going to have to get my older baby lock repaired and go from there........
