This product comes in a dark plastic bottle.

Are these suppose to have a horrible smell? From the first time I opened it till now (3 days later) the smell is only getting worse.

Yes, the strong odor is characteristic of the Selenium that is in this product. The odor can intensify over time.

Why is the formula and percentage of ingredients of this one different than the exact same one sold by another seller? Is one fake?

I have no idea. I only buy this one. The Carlson brand. Have been using if for years.

Is a foul odor normal ?

Yes, it is normal. It doesn't taste the way it smells though. I won't say it necessarily has a "foul odor", but since the capsule is made from beef gelatin, that is the main reason for the odor. Keep it out of direct heat/heated areas, for this WILL intensify the smell. Also, try to focus on the benefits that far outweighs the odor, if possible. :)

Quality product

ACES- Zn is a nice combo. I wish the Zinc were not in the form of citrate. And C is calcium sorbate. This is why I usually get all my supplements individually, but I need to find a way to cut back on all the pills I am taking. So, with that said, this is a nice combo.

No Mercy and Cost-Effective

These vitamin capsules are expensive for a product sold on Amazon, but my local grocers all want full-price for these vitamins sold separately. The vitamins function quickly and minimize a cold's severity and duration, unlike a general multivitamin.

Can be difficult to swallow

Capsules are a little larger than expected, can be difficult to swallow, recommend eating yogurt or applesauce just before taking these with water just so your throat can swallow them, especially if you have neck or throat issues. Wish these were smaller. Great value for the nutritional supplements.

I have taken this product for years and if I don’t take it my eyes get weaker and I lose my sense of smell !!!!I have taken it because a wonderful holistic doctor ..( who lived to be 100 ) Told me this what my body was lacking !!! Zinc for smell .. Vitamin A for eyesight !!!!Can’t recommend it enough ……
